3 Member Eligibility

5 Deposit & Payment

Maju 369 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only, via the payment methods listed below. All deposits are processed in real time or within 15 minutes, depending on the selected method.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name. maju 369 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Should a deposit be received from a third-party account, maju 369 reserves the right to return the funds and close the account involved.

6 Withdrawal

Members may withdraw funds from their maju 369 account balance at any time, provided the following requirements are met:

• Account has completed full KYC verification (for withdrawals exceeding RM 1,000)
• No fraud, bonus abuse, or suspicious activity associated with the account
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction
• The maximum withdrawal amount is RM 50,000 per day and RM 200,000 per month
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit

Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay) are typically processed within 5–15 minutes. Withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts via DuitNow or FPX typically require 15–60 minutes. For jackpot winnings exceeding RM 10,000, additional verification may be required and may take up to 24 business hours to process.

7 Bonus & Promotions

Maju 369 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions set for each respective promotion.

General terms applicable to all maju 369 bonuses:

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the maju 369 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of maju 369 or its content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws applicable in Malaysia.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the maju 369 platform solely for your personal entertainment. Any other use — including imitation, modification, redistribution, or commercial exploitation — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from maju 369.

14 Privacy Policy

15 Malaysian Law & Jurisdiction
